While the COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unconventional recession, crisis can often become the incubator for creativity. Despite the challenges of a small site and construction inflation costs, the incubator for creativity provided this project with a vision for an expressive development that aesthetically responds to the challenges presented.

This site's natural slope and environment persuaded a design that reflects simplicity deriving from gentle roof slope designs and earth tone finishes adorned with elegant landscaping.
